Questions
What does a credit buy?
One MP4 export at 1080p. A 4K video or a transparent MOV takes 2. A PNG still above 1080p takes 1. If an export fails, the credit comes back, up to 2 times a day.
When am I charged?
The full amount at checkout, then again every 3 months. Pro is $8.01 each time, which works out at $2.67 a month. You see the total before you pay.
How do I cancel?
In your account, with one button. Your plan keeps working until the paid time ends, and you keep your credits until they expire.
What happens to unused credits?
Plan credits roll over for a year from when you get them. Credits you buy separately last 2 years.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tools run in your browser. Your images and videos stay on your device.
Can I get a refund?
Write to store@keyhole.agency within 7 days of your first payment if you haven’t used any credits. The subscription terms have the details.
