Who sells this
Daniil Obukhov is the seller of KeyHole Tools and is responsible for them. LAVALANE LTD (lava.top) processes payments as a payment agent and is not a party to this agreement.
What you’re buying
KeyHole Tools are browser tools operated by Daniil Obukhov. A plan unlocks higher export limits and gives you credits. Pro also unlocks every style in the tools. A credit pack gives you credits only. Free exports carry a watermark. Exports that use credits, and everything on a plan, don’t. Rendering happens on your device.
Price and renewal
Basic costs $5.97 every 3 months (about $1.99 a month) and renews automatically until you cancel. Pro costs $7.90 every 3 months (about $2.63 a month) and renews automatically until you cancel. Pro costs $5.00 every month and renews automatically until you cancel. Pro costs $24.00 every year (about $2.00 a month) and renews automatically until you cancel. Lava.top processes the payment and shows the final amount, including anything it adds, before you confirm. We’ll tell you before any price change takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel in your account at any time, or in Lava.top under My purchases. Renewal stops, your plan keeps working until the paid period ends, and no further payment is taken.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Lava.top tries again after 8 and 24 hours. If the last attempt fails, the subscription ends when the paid period ends.
Credits
Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Plan credits expire 12 months after you receive them; purchased credits expire after 24 months. Credits stay usable after a plan ends, until they expire.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you haven’t used any credits. If a tool doesn’t work as described, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you. A refund removes the unused credits of that payment and may end the subscription. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
Right of withdrawal
Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you agree at checkout that the service starts right away, and you accept that the right ends once you use it.
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed with your bank, we may suspend the account until the dispute is closed. Please write to us first; refunds are usually faster.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page. We keep payment records as accounting rules require.
Acceptable use
Use the tools only with material you have the right to use. Don’t try to bypass limits, resell access or attack the service.
Changes and availability
Tools may change. We may stop a plan, in which case renewals stop and you keep the paid period. We’ll post changes to these terms here, with the date.
