KEYHOLE / POLICIES
Refund policy.
Digital purchases are final after delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights.
All sales final after delivery
KeyHole is a digital product. Once delivery begins, we do not offer voluntary refunds because you changed your mind, no longer need the product or bought it by mistake. This policy does not remove any cancellation right, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Before purchasing
Review the product examples, contents and compatibility requirements before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure whether the product fits your setup. Adobe After Effects is a separate requirement. Checkout shows the final price before you pay.
A bug or a product that does not work
Email us with your order reference, product version, After Effects version, operating system and a description or recording of the problem. Our first step is to help you install the product, diagnose the issue or supply a fix. If the product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be brought into conformity, remedies required by applicable law remain available, including a refund where required.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies to digital content, beginning delivery may end that right only when the legal conditions are met, including your express request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of the consequence where required. Checkout asks for this separately. Merely reading this policy or accepting the general terms does not waive a right. Rights relating to defective or misdescribed content remain.
Payment or delivery problems
Contact us if you were charged twice, paid but did not receive access, or believe a charge is incorrect. Include the order reference and the email used for the purchase; never send full card details. We will investigate and resolve the issue with the payment service where appropriate.
How to contact us
Send the request to store@keyhole.agency. Explain what happened and include the order reference if you have one. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights.
